Combining e-learning, practical application, and facilitator-led support, the program equips teacher trainees with digital literacy, 21st-century instructional strategies, and essential life skills.
Implemented in partnership with UR-CE (University of Rwanda – College of Education), BRD (Development Bank of Rwanda), and MINEDUC (Ministry of Education), DSTEP contributes to the development of a future-ready education workforce, aligned with national priorities and global standards.
