21st Century Teaching: Intermediate is a 20-hour advanced training programme designed for educators who have mastered the essentials and are ready to deepen their 21st-century teaching practice. This course provides practical, hands-on strategies to design more dynamic, student-centred learning experiences.
Participants learn to apply the core principles of project-based learning by designing projects that incorporate sustained inquiry, authenticity, student voice and choice, reflection, and meaningful public products. The course also guides educators in developing flipped classroom plans, integrating online learning strategies into their teaching, and designing sustainable, ongoing assessments.
In addition, educators explore how multimedia tools and storytelling techniques can transform learning environments and support richer student engagement.
