Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the company Digital Skills Factory and its customers in connection with the sale of e-learning training courses. Any subscription to a course implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Presentation of the Courses

The characteristics of the courses offered for sale are detailed on our website in the “Programmes” section. Visuals and descriptions on the website are provided for information purposes only.
Digital Skills Factory reserves the right to modify the content of the courses while ensuring an equivalent level of quality.

Article 3 – Validity Period

The validity period for access to an e-learning course is generally 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Article 4 – Course Prices

Course prices are available on request by emailing info@dsf.global.
Digital Skills Factory reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the prices applied are those in force at the time the order is recorded.

Article 5 – Order

The customer confirms their order by returning, signed, the training agreement (convention de formation) or the training contract (contrat de formation) by email.

Article 6 – Payment Terms

In the case of a training agreement (convention de formation), payment may be made by bank transfer.
Invoices issued by the company are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.

Article 7 – Withdrawal Period

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of online courses or training once access to the content has begun with the customer’s consent.

Article 8 – Access to the Course

Access to a course is activated upon confirmation of payment. The user undertakes to use their access lawfully and not to share their login details with third parties.

Article 9 – Late Payment

In the case of a training agreement (convention de formation), in the event of non-payment, Digital Skills Factory reserves the right to suspend access to the training platform. Late payment penalties may also apply in accordance with applicable legislation.

Article 11 – Personal Data Protection

Digital Skills Factory complies with applicable personal data protection legislation. Trainees have the right to access and rectify their personal information. For any privacy-related request, please email privacy@dsf.global.

Article 12 – Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The company reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes.

Article 13 – Disputes and Applicable Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these General Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable legislation.
